Aero OneClean is a good option to keep your computer running fast and smooth. It allows you to clean temporary files and other files that consume unnecessary space on your hard disk.
The first time you run the application it opens a settings dialog that allows you to select the files that will be removed. The first option is Temporary folders. The Temp folder of the current user is selected by default, but you can search all drives for other temp folders and delete the files contained in them.
You can remove the config.msi folder too, which is used by the Windows Installer process and contains backups of files from updates and program installations.
You can remove the MSOCache which is required to repair Microsoft Office but consumes a lot of space on disk.
